In 1989, I traveled to England on vacation. At the time, I was still an officer with the Kenilworth, Illinois, Police Department. While in England, I was an honored guest of the Kenilworth, England, Police Department. I was able to ride along with my good friend, Simon Organ, who is an officer with the Warwickshire Constabulary. This trip was one of the highlights of my police career!
